What a proper turnaround check includes

Most hot tub problems in vacation rentals come from skipped maintenance between guests. Here's what we check every time.

Water chemistry test. pH, alkalinity, sanitizer, and hardness. Treated and balanced before the next guest touches the water.

Jet and pump test. All jets run, no air locks, pump sounds normal, no error codes showing on the control panel.

Temperature confirmation. Water at target temp, heater cycling correctly, no fault codes. Noted with a photo timestamp.

Filter clean. Filters pulled, rinsed, and inspected every visit. Clogged filters strain the pump and make chemistry harder to manage. We note when a replacement is coming due.

Cover and seal check. Cover sits flat, no waterlogging, latches secure. Cracked or failed covers lose heat and cost you money.
